Tina Vespucci is the Founder and Principal Consultant for Achieve Property Solutions. Tina’s passion for providing strategic guidance to multifamily property owners, management companies, developers, and investors in order maximize the value of their assets is the foundational excellence Achieve is based upon.

Before launching Achieve, Tina was the Vice President for J&S Management Co., Inc. In her time at J&S, Tina was a key contributor to the company’s growth and ability to scale operations for performance optimization.

Tina’s expertise in multifamily housing comes from over a decade of experience in property management, onboarding staff, acquisition, development, software integration and asset management. In addition, her housing knowledge spans across all facets of the industry with extensive time spent on market-rate, affordable, senior, and tax credit properties across the United States. Furthermore, her ability to lead a team, while also ensuring training for staff to be held accountable, has proven crucial to developing a culture that provides results.

Prior to entering multifamily housing, Tina spent many years at Case Western Reserve University. Her executive level leadership education can be attributed to her time spent at the Weatherhead School of Management. Tina earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Development and Leadership from Case Western Reserve University, while simultaneously working as the Assistant Director for the Central University Annual Fund.

Tina also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowling Green State University, where she focused her studies in Telecommunication and Creative Writing. She began her career at E! Networks in Los Angeles and working in television production at Channel 3 WKYC in Cleveland.

Outside of her professional career, Tina is spending her time with her family and friends. She loves a good book or movie night, traveling with her husband and sons, and watching her boys play sports.
